These amazingly versatile bushes are stunning as part of a mixed border where their large leaves and massive blue inflorescence are a great background for light and white coloured flowers. They are a high impact plant in pots or containers and a great addition to a patio or driveway. The cut flowers are easy to dry for an impressive and long lasting indoor display. Will thrive in moist, well-drained soils in a cool semi-shaded spot. Use rainwater if possible as hard tap-waters can affect the colours, remember blue hydrangea's prefer more acid soils.
